I’m a UX Researcher at Algolia working on content, developer experience, and API projects. Previously I was a User Researcher (L4) at Twilio, a UX Research Lead at Ad Hoc LLC (a federal contractor), and a Senior UX Researcher at LiquidHub (now part of CapGemini). I have over eight years of experience consulting on UX research, content strategy, and design.

My goal is to make digital services and websites easier to use for all people, whether they’re signing up for healthcare or keeping track of invoices at their job. I focus on Internet research, design research, and user experience, including usability.

I have an MSc in the Social Science of the Internet at Oxford Internet Institute (University of Oxford), and a Masters from the Pratt Institute School of Library and Information Science.
